Orders are usually dispatched 1-3 days after ordering.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once marked as shipped
• Orders to the UK-please allow 1-7 days
• Orders to Europe-please allow 7-15 days
• Orders to USA, Canada, Australia-please allow 7- 40 days

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail

ORDER TRACKING

We always advise our international customers (we are in the UK) to use the TRACKED option. You will receive a tracking ID number when your stickers are posted and will be able to follow your order on its journey to you. IF YOU DO NOT USE the tracked service, our standard, untracked option will be used and we will be unable to update you on the progress of your order.

EU CUSTOMS AND VAT CHARGES

The customer is responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may be charged. These will vary depending on the country and local tax laws so please make sure you are aware of these prior to placing your order.

EU customers can avoid delays at customs clearance by purchasing on our Etsy shop where there is the option of pre-paying the fees at checkout.
