Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for items that are not made to order and are eligible for return as per our standard return policy.
- Items made to order ( All of our Planner Stickers and Wall Prints) are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items eligible for returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Process for Returns:

- Provide your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If an exchange is requested, it will be subject to product availability.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Exceptions:
- Items that are customized or made to order ( All our Planner Stickers) are exempt from our standard returns policy unless they are faulty or damaged.
- For items that are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
